So if you have been in business for a while and you have built yourself a list of customers you will need to keep in touch with them. Now imagine how hard it will be staying in contact with 100 customers, quite a lot of work involved right? Ok, so now imagine having a list of 3000 customers, now thats going to be an utter nightmare yea? Well if have yourself a well set up autoresponder system like Getresponse, you will save untold amounts of time and be able to follow up and convert your customers into buyers all automated!

I think the statistic is about 70% of the people you bring to your site will not purchase immediately, so what you need to is follow up on these leads with a series of e-mails, maybe give them a free gift, an e-book, video or even just some tips and advice. These free gifts will certainly help you build your rapport with your lead and will certainly help convert them into a new customer.

Your autoresponder will help build the relationship and trust you need to start converting these leads. People like to feel important and an e-mail from you time to time  will definitely help you achieve this. I usually set my campaigns to email out every 3 days which is good time frame to insure your not smothering your customer nor letting them forget about you.
