When you realize what Jessica Cox has overcome and what she has accomplished in her life, there is nothing that
can stop you from achieving whatever goal you have!

Jessica Cox, now 25, was a Girl Born Without Arms…

But that has not stopped her. The girl from Tucson,Arizona got the Sport Pilot certificate recently and became the first pilot licensed to fly using only her feet. Only her feet!

Jessica Cox of Tucson was born without arms, but that has only stopped her from doing anything. She has done
far more than most. The only thing she cannot do is say the word “can’t.” Doctors never learned why she was
born without arms, but she figured out early on that she didn’t want to use prosthetic devices.

With one foot manning the controls and the other guiding the steering column, Jessica attained a certificate which qualifies her to fly a light-sport aircraft to altitudes of 10,000 feet. With no arms!

Not only can she fly an airplane, she also drives a car, with her feet. No arms.

Jessica also has two black belts in Tae Kwon-Do, a college degree in Psychology, and a thriving career as
a motivational speaker.

What doesn’t Jessica Cox have?

Arms. That’s all. She’s got everything else, and more.

A bilateral congenital limb deficiency doesn’t stop Ms.Cox from achieving and surpassing her goals. From birth
on, her feet became her hands. She can drive a car,type 25 words per minute, and fly an airplane using her
feet, without any special adaptations. She is the first woman without arms to earn a license to fly.
Flying, driving, typing, martial arts, psychologist,motivational speaker — you now have no reason to complain about anything. The next time you have any grievance, come back to re-read this article. Double

Think about this my friends, if she can achieve all of this no arms. How much of an advantage do we have.

Listen closely (Or in this case read closely). I’m going to tell you something I’ve never told anyone. Not only that but I’m going to tell the world in this article right now. Well, all of the world that are currently reading anyway. (That’s a hint to forward this article to those you know, lol). Ahem ok now. Really. Are you prepared for this? I lie, Cheat and Steal. That’s right. Like MTV you heard it here first.

1) I lie in bed at night visualizing and believing that anything I want, I have the ability to create. Whether it’s more time, spiritual freedom, increased finances closer relationships. All of these and more tie into my home business. I always lie in bed thinking about what my reality is currently and seeing in the moment what I want it to be.

2) I cheat as much time as possible from my busy schedule to accomplish those dreams that I lie in bed thinking about. There are many times when life attempts to distract me however I keep clarity and focus on what I want my outcome to be. There for I cheat as much time as possible to invest in my business. (This is even more true in the beginning when someone has a job a family etc and they MUST find the time to create a different outcome.)

3) And finally I steal as many good idea’s as I possibly can. In this industry we have a saying that states rob and duplicate. That’s short for if I like something you said I’m stealing it and using it as my own, lol. I love learning from the wisdom of others even when I know experiential learning is king in my opinion. Stealing that wisdom and putting into action for myself is one of the biggest gifts of awareness that I’ve learned in recent years.

Commit these 3 principles to your personal philosophy for your home business as quickly as possible. (Ok so I don’t REALLY lie cheat and steal at least not in the context you thought).

A positive frame of mind is important for so many reasons. Positive thinking is proven to enhance performance in productivity and quality. We tend to think more creatively and perform better when we are feeling positive and well. When you are on top form, your confidence levels will go through the roof and this can only help you in your work and personal life.

If you can sustain yourself with regular challenges and honest self appraisal, the benefits are enormous. Fear induces us to put the brakes on; to stop thinking in a productive way. Fear of poverty, of losing face, of being proved wrong hold us back from taking part in active decision making. As our judgement becomes clouded with negative thinking, we become timid in the face of adversity.

Opportunity becomes redefined as an impossible challenge and we end up standing still whilst the rest of the world passes us by. Negative emotions are emotions such as anger, fear, anxiety, jealousy regret, sadness. These emotions are capable of not only having a powerful, unwanted effect on you physically, but also of having a significant impact the way you conduct your life. Negative emotions can ingrain habits of limiting decision making. One of the benefits of personal development is that it can encourage all the healthy parts of you to grow and the less savory parts to whither on the vine.

It can improve our general well being and make us more harmonious inside. All of our emotional processes, attitudes, values, our beliefs and motivations are interconnected. If life was easy then we would have nothing to be motivated for. That is why by bringing in other challenges and goals – be it learning another language or taking up a new creative hobby – you can develop a highly disciplined mind that will assist you in many other areas of life.

Maintaining confidence and motivation is the secret to long term success. However, long term success is achieved from short term goals! What this means is through setting smaller goals and then rewarding yourself for achieving them on a regular basis. Thinking well is being well. There are only a minority of people who achieve success without having any belief in them self or in what they are doing.

Be proud of the positive steps you have decided to take in asserting control over your life Think well of yourself. Change negative self-talk to positive self-encouragement. Give yourself the same consideration you would give a cherished friend. Learn to become your own cheer leader instead of your own worst critic. Once you have banished these negative thoughts, you should turn your attention towards coming up with an action plan. This plan will form the bedrock of your positive state of mind.

You can take this even further by putting reward days into the planner to act as an extra bit of motivation. By breaking your routine down into a series of short term goals you will have more fun and experience a greater sense of accomplishment along the way. Of course this will only work if you are honest and open with yourself. Your journal should never lie otherwise you are only telling lies to yourself and defeating the object of your goal.

Your plan should be customized according to your own personal set of requirements and informed judgment. The effects of this are that you will be proving to yourself that you can take control of your own destiny. With a clear structure in place, you will never lose focus of the task in hand. This will help to avoid the feelings of helplessness and submissiveness that can happen to people who feel like they are not in control of a situation.

Recently there have been a lot of people asking how  to use Twitter and have my latest tweet also appear on my Facebook status. I wish I could remember where I first heard about this, but it does seem to be working.

Here’s how.

1. Get the Twitter application installed in your Facebook profile here: Twitter App For Facebook.
2. You’ll notice a link that says: Want Twitter to update your Facebook status? Click here!

That’s it.

There may be some time lag, but it seems to be working fine for me. My understanding is that those who really pump the messages out in Twitter may have some of them get lost. I seem to recall reading somewhere that Facebook only checks your Twitter every thirty minutes (or so). I’m not twittering that much to have this issue, so I’m quite happy with this new additional functionality.
